Learn folding wing geometry, linkage design, and servo placement strategies.

Frame Construction
Build carbon fiber rod frames with articulating joints and pivot points.

Wing Panels
Cut and shape EVA foam panels, add fabric covering, and attach to frame.

Servo Integration
Install servos, wire controllers, program deployment sequences.

Testing & Tuning
Test deployment, adjust timing, fine-tune for smooth operation.

Final Assembly
Mount to harness, install trigger system, and demo your wings.
