Build Schedule

Frame Assembly
Assemble the kart frame from the kit. Install steering, wheels, and basic components.

Motor & Drivetrain
Install the BLDC motor, chain/belt drive, and mechanical power transmission system.

Power System
Install battery pack, BMS, and main power wiring. Add safety disconnects and fusing.

ESC & Control
Install and program the ESC. Wire throttle and brake systems. Configure motor parameters.

Safety Systems
Install kill switches, emergency brake, and safety lighting. Test all safety interlocks.

Wiring & Integration
Complete all electrical wiring. Organize and secure cables. Test all systems.

Tuning & Testing
Fine-tune ESC settings. Test acceleration, braking, and handling. Make adjustments.

Drive Day
Final safety check. Take your kart for a test drive. Celebrate your build!

Prerequisites
Intermediate mechanical and electrical skills recommended. Must be comfortable with hand tools and basic wiring. Safety gear required.
