Build robot chassis, install motors, and assemble drive train.

Configure RC receiver or Bluetooth control for manual operation.

Autonomous Navigation
Add sensors and program basic follow-me behavior.

Shell Fabrication
Design and build character shell from foam or 3D-printed parts.

Character Details
Add finishing touches: panels, lights, sounds, and weathering.

Integration & Testing
Assemble shell to chassis, test all systems, and refine behavior.
